I provide roofing and solar estimates and project coordination for homeowners in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Estimates, scopes, prices, and schedules are agreed in writing before any work begins.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, request services, or enroll in the text messaging program. By submitting the contact form or opting in to text messages, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Information on this website is for general information and may change. You agree not to misuse the website or submit false information.
Program name and sender. Project Updates from Michael Berstler.
Description. If you opt in, I send transactional text messages related to your service request: appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and proposal follow-ups, installation scheduling updates, post-installation check-ins, review requests, and replies to calls or messages you sent me. I do not send promotional offers, discount codes, or marketing messages by text.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking the unchecked text message consent box on the form at the contact page and submitting it with your mobile number. The box states: "I agree to receive text messages from Michael Berstler about my roofing or solar service request, including appointment confirmations and reminders, estimates and proposals, project updates, and review requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase." You may also opt in by texting me first.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Frequency and costs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information. I do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy.
To the extent allowed by law, my liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
I may update these terms by posting a new effective date on this page.
